Welcome to At Home Articulation! Now that you’re registered, let’s dive into the Clinician Portal and get your students set up.
Step 1: Adding Students to the Portal
It’s time to start building your student list!
- Click on “+Add Student” in the upper right corner of your screen.
- Fill in the basic info for your student.
👉 Quick Tip: We ask if this is the first time the child is receiving speech services. No need to dig through old files—just give your best guess! If you’re unsure, feel free to skip this.
- Important: Make sure to toggle the license at the bottom ON before you click “Next.” This gives your student access to the program!
- You only need to add one caregiver to complete the registration, but you can add up to three if needed.
- If you're using AHA for RTI (Response to Intervention), you can also add the student’s teacher here.
Step 2: Checking the Status of Student Licenses
Wondering where your students are in the registration process? Here’s how to check:
- Pending: A registration email has been sent to the student’s caregiver, but they haven’t finished signing up yet.
- Assigned: The caregiver has completed registration, and the student is ready for home practice assignments.
- Unassigned: The student’s license has been removed. They won’t have unlocked access to the program from their end until a new license is assigned.
Step 3: Sending Homework in Less Than 10 Seconds! 🏃♀️💨
Now comes the fun part—sending homework! Once a student is registered, they’re ready to start practicing at home.
- Click “Send Homework” next to the student's name.
- Choose the sound, word position, and practice level you want them to work on.
- Optional: Use the text box to add any special notes or encouragement for the student.
- Hit “Send Homework!”
And just like that, you’ve set your student up for success! 🎉 You’ve helped them establish a target sound in therapy and sent personalized practice to their caregiver. Good job upholding your end of the partnership!
That’s it—you’re all set! Happy practicing! 😊
